1. البيانات التي نجمعها
رقم الهاتف (للتسجيل والدخول).
البريد الإلكتروني (إذا اخترت الدخول بالإيميل).
الاسم واسم المستخدم.
الصورة الشخصية (اختيارية).
المزادات التي تنشرها: الصور والوصف والسعر، ورقم الواتساب الذي توافق على إظهاره.
تعليقاتك ومزايداتك وتأميناتك والمتاجر التي تتابعها.
للمتاجر فقط: الصوت والصورة من الكاميرا والمايك أثناء البث المباشر.
معرّف الجهاز لإرسال الإشعارات.
2. لماذا نجمعها
لتشغيل حسابك، وتمكينك من النشر والمزايدة والتعليق والمتابعة، وبث المزادات مباشرة، وإرسال الإشعارات، ومنع التلاعب والحسابات الوهمية، وتحسين الخدمة.
3. ما يظهر للآخرين
اسمك واسم المستخدم وصورتك تظهر للمستخدمين عند التعليق أو المزايدة أو النشر. صور مزاداتك ووصفها تظهر للجميع، ورقم الواتساب يظهر فقط إذا وافقت على إظهاره. رقم هاتفك المسجّل وبريدك الإلكتروني لا يظهران لأحد.
4. مشاركة البيانات
لا نبيع بياناتك. نشاركها فقط مع:
المتجر البائع: اسمك ورقم هاتفك عند فوزك بسلعة، لغرض الاستلام.
مزودي الخدمة التقنيين (الاستضافة، البث، الإشعارات، بوابة الدفع).
خدمة الذكاء الاصطناعي الموضّحة في البند 5.
الجهات الرسمية عند طلب قانوني.
5. الذكاء الاصطناعي
عند استخدامك مساعد النشر داخل التطبيق، تُرسل صور السلعة أو التسجيل الصوتي الذي تسجّله إلى خدمة Google Gemini التابعة لشركة Google، لتحليلها واقتراح عنوان ووصف وبيانات السلعة تلقائياً.
تُرسل الصورة أو التسجيل لغرض التحليل فقط، ولا يُرسل معها اسمك ولا رقم هاتفك ولا أي بيانات تعرّف بك.
استخدام المساعد اختياري تماماً، ويمكنك كتابة بيانات السلعة بنفسك بدلاً منه.
6. الدفع
لا نخزّن بيانات بطاقتك. عمليات الدفع والتأمين تتم عبر بوابة دفع مرخّصة.
7. مدة الحفظ
نحتفظ ببياناتك ما دام حسابك قائماً. عند حذف الحساب تُحذف بياناتك نهائياً، عدا ما يلزم الاحتفاظ به قانونياً.
8. حقوقك
يمكنك تعديل صورتك ورقم هاتفك من صفحة الحساب، ويمكنك حذف حسابك كاملاً في أي وقت من التطبيق أو من صفحة حذف الحساب.
9. الأطفال
الخدمة غير موجّهة لمن هم دون 21 سنة، ولا نجمع بياناتهم عن قصد.
10. التعديل
قد نحدّث هذه السياسة، ويُنشر التحديث في التطبيق.

Privacy Policy — Ranna (English summary)Ranna is a live-auction app for Kuwait. We collect: phone number (sign-in), email address (if you choose email sign-in), name and username, optional profile photo, the auctions you post (photos, description, price, and the WhatsApp number you agree to show), your comments, bids, deposits and follows, audio and video from the camera and microphone during live streams (stores only), and a device push token. We use this data to run your account, enable posting, bidding, commenting and following, stream auctions live, send notifications, prevent fraud and improve the service. Your name, username and photo are visible to other users, and the photos and description of your auctions are public; your WhatsApp number is shown only if you agree. Your registered phone number and email are not shown. We do not sell your data. We share it only with the selling store when you win an item (name and phone, for collection), with technical providers (hosting, streaming, notifications, payment gateway), with the AI service described next, and with authorities on lawful request.
AI: when you use the in-app listing assistant, the item photos or the voice note you record are sent to Google Gemini (a Google service) to analyse them and suggest a title, description and item details. Only the photo or the audio is sent — no name, phone number or identifying data. Using the assistant is entirely optional; you can type the details yourself instead. Card data is never stored by us. Data is kept while your account exists and deleted when you delete your account (see
Delete account), except what the law requires us to keep. The service is not directed to persons under 21. Contact:
